Attorneys
PRINCIPAL
Alain Kinaly, Esq.
During college Alain clerked at law firms in both Newport Beach and Beverly Hills and went on to work for a personal injury firm in Orange County. Several years later, Alain decided to go back to school to become an attorney. Upon passing the bar, Alain decided to parlay his experience into creating a law firm that emphasizes the individual above all - treating each client as a person and not merely another case. In his free time Alain enjoys playing soccer (a lot), participating in outdoor activities, and spending time with family and friends.

Of Counsel
Michael J. Berry, Esq.
Michael J. Berry is Of Counsel with Kinaly Law. Mr. Berry’s entire practice is devoted to litigation, where he exclusively represents employees whose workplace rights have been violated and ordinary people who have been injured by someone’s carelessness. His number one priority is obtaining justice for his clients, making them whole, and getting them back to their normal lives. Prior to starting his own practice and teaming up with Kinaly Law, Mr. Berry defended employers and did defense work for numerous insurance companies for claims involving personal injury. However, Mr. Berry realized his heart was not truly dedicated to helping corporations and insurance companies save money. He realized his true calling was assisting ordinary people. Mr. Berry has extensive experience in state and federal trial and appellate courts and arbitration. This includes trials, arbitrations, depositions, mediations, appellate work, and all aspects of pretrial written discovery and law and motion.
